Top-class and nicely appointed place all in all, has amazingly helpful staff that provide the absolute best in customer service. The rooms are great-sized and functional with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Historic and quiet location as it is near a college and a sanctuary. Rossio station is 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The breakfast was above average, we enjoyed good choice of meals.

The room was beautifully decorated and well-kept with good solid beds, the bed was comfortable. The location was historic in a very pleasant area, next to quiet in the evening as well as old Lisbon.

enjoyed lisbon, the hotel was 1st class and lovely little right next to the castle. exceptional service, though a few employees were so relaxed. the vibe here was contemporary. moreover, parking was nearby.

This charming hotel provides an lovely experience right next to a castle! I loved the delicious buffet breakfast served until noon among the charming peacocks wandering around the courtyard. Plus, the complimentary port wine in the room was a good personal touch.
